我国生产性服务业FDI与制造业FDI的协同性分析

Analysis on Synergistic Relationship between Producer Service FDI and Manufacturing FDI in China

生产性服务业是与制造业直接相关的配套服务业,它与制造业相互影响、相互促进,而生产性服务业FDI与制造业FDI在理论上也存在着协同关系。文章基于此,在分析了两者理论上的关系之后,选取全国10个省份2005-2012年的省际数据利用动态面板分析方法进行实证分析,发现目前我国生产性服务业FDI与制造业FDI之间确实存在显著的协同关系,并且在此关系中,制造业FDI对生产性服务业FDI的吸引作用更为显著,即更多地表现为生产性服务业FDI对制造业FDI的追逐。最后,基于理论分析和实证检验,文章提出应针对我国不同区域的发展水平,制定不同引资政策的建议。

Producer service industry is a service industry which is directly related to the manufacturing industry and these two industries influence each other, therefore, there is a synergistic relationship between producer service FDI and manufacturing FDI in theory. Based on this, after analyzing the theoretical relationship, this paper doing the empirical work by using data in 2005-2012 from ten provinces and the GMM method, the results shows that the synergistic relationship does exist between producer services FDI and manufacturing FDI, and in this relationship, the attraction of manufacturing FDI to producer service FDI plays a more important role,that is to say, the producer service FDI goes after the manufacturing FDI in a more obvious way. At last, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical tests, we put forward the suggestions that different places should have variant policies of attracting FDI according to their economic development level.
