摘要
设计了一种适用于20m^2以下无新风系统房间的单通道双向换气热回收装置,用于改善居民住宅的室内空气品质。采用实验的方法研究了装置的换热特性,优选出温度效率较高和换热量较大的多孔热回收芯体,分析了该装置的最优吸排气比。结果表明:冬季工况下,热回收装置的吸排气比应保持在1.5左右;夏季工况下,热回收装置的吸排气比应保持在0.5~0.8之间。
Designs a single-channel bidirectional ventilation heat recovery device to improve the indoor air quality of the room less than 20 m2 without outdoor air system. Experimentally studies the heat transfer characteristics of the device, selects a heat recovery core with relatively higher temperature effectiveness and heat transfer rate, and discusses the ratio of suction and exhaust air. The results show that the ratio of suction and exhaust air should be maintained at around 1.5 in winter and 0.5 to 0.8 in summer.
