How to carry out effective management and monitoring of clinical non--surgical departments is essential to the development of hospital. The application of medical quality and safety management system in the day--to--day management of clinical non--surgical departments enables the implementation of quality management and monitoring system, the improvement of medical service level and professional skill, the improvement of patient satisfaction and the reduction of operating cost, and the improvement of the quality of service.
