非药芯焊环用于全铝换热器的可行性分析

摘要 针对空调用全铝换热器用的焊环,将非药芯焊环与药芯焊环焊接性能进行对比,重点分析2种焊环实际焊接中焊点合格率、焊后抗拉强度、焊缝有效熔合线长度、焊缝金相以及耐腐蚀性,结果表明非药芯焊环各项焊接性能均优于药芯焊环,可用于全铝换热器的生产加工,为替代药芯焊环提供参考。 According to the wire used in the all-aluminum heat exchanger for air conditioning,the welding properties of non-flux-cored wire are compared with the flux-cored wire,including the qualified rate of welding spot,the tensile strength after welding,the effective length of fusion line in the weld seam,the metallography of weld seam,and the corrosion resistance.The results show that the non-flux-cored wire performs better than the flux-cored wire at the welding properties,and it can be applied to the manufacture of all-aluminum heat exchanger,which provides references for the replacement of flux-cored wire.
