消痔膏贴敷疗法治疗嵌顿痔的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Application Therapy of “Xiaozhi Ointment”in the Treatment of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids

目的:评价消痔膏敷贴疗法治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法:将70例嵌顿痔患者随机分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),治疗组应用消痔膏贴敷治疗,对照组应用龙珠软膏贴敷治疗,疗程为10 d。评价两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者主要临床症状、体征的改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为88.57%和54.28%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的肛周水肿、疼痛、渗出、便血情况较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的肛周水肿、疼痛、渗出情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消痔膏贴敷疗法治疗嵌顿痔能有效缓解患者的疼痛、渗出、水肿等主要临床症状与体征,值得在嵌顿痔保守治疗中推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ application therapy in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids. Methods： Seventy patients with incarcerated hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 35 ） and the control group （ n = 35 ）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with application therapy of ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ and the patients in the control group were treated with application therapy of ＂Longzhu Ointment＂, with a course of 10 days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of the main symptoms and signs such as edema, pain, exudation and hematochezia were observed. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.57% and 54.28% respectively, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the symptoms and signs including edema, pain, exudation and hematochezia were significantly improved in both groups compared with treatment before （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the symptoms and signs including perianal edema, pain and exudation in the treatment group were obviously superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Application therapy of ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ can effectively improve the main symptoms and signs such as pain, exudation, edema and so on in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids, which is worthy of popularization and application in the conservative treatment.
