摘要
医疗卫生事业是重要的民生事业。当前,公立医院发展面临诸多机遇和挑战,医院必须主动适应新形势,积极推进供给侧结构性改革,实施管理创新、技术创新、文化创新,搞活体制机制,加大人才开发力度,进行有效的资源整合提升,不断优化医疗服务品质,建立起医院新型管理、技术、人才、文化的核心优势,实现服务品质和品牌新的跃升,不断向现代化医院目标迈进。
Medical and health services are important to people g livelihood. At present,the public hospital development faces many opportunities and challenges. Hospitals must take the initiative to adapt to the new situation to promote the supply-sidestructural reform actively. Meanwhile, we must carry out management innovation, technology innovation and cuhural innovation, enliven the institutional mechanisms and intensify the strength of talent development to enhance the effective integration of resources and optimize the quality of medical services constantly. At the same time, we should establish core advantages of new hospital management, technology, talents and culture to realize a new jump of service quality and brand. Finally, the hospital could move to a modern hospital continuously.
