Study on Potential Development Trend and Strategy of the Elderly Care Industry from the Perspective of SWOT Analysis

老龄化、高龄化背景下老年护理行业的潜在发展态势和策略选择日益引起关注。文章使用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁4个维度探讨,结果表明老年护理行业潜在发展态势远高于当期,行业发展更倾向劣势-机会组合模式,建议使用扭转策略,改变自身劣势,提高自身能力,充分利用外部环境的机会,促进老年护理行业的发展。

The potential development trend and strategic choice of the elderly care industry has attracted more and more at- tention with the process of aging. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the elderly care industry are discussed by the method of SWOT, the results show that the demand of the elderly care industry is much higher than the current and the prevailing tendency of the industry is weakness-opportunity mode. Reducing the weakness, improving capacity and using the external environment opportunities to promote the development of elderly care industry are suggested.
