住院医师岗前培训的课程设置与应用效果研究

Studying on the curriculum provision and application effect of pre-service training for resident doctors

目的:旨在研究制定实用有效的住院医师规范化培训的岗前培训课程,为临床培训打好基础,同时也为培训管理机构制定统一规范的岗前培训方案提供一份有价值的参考资料。方法:通过文献回顾和相关人员座谈会制定岗前培训内容,采用德尔菲(Delphi)法确定培训课程的内容与学时。结果:经过2轮专家问卷咨询,岗前培训课程内容确定为5个模块27个条目;培训方法包括集中讲授、案例教学、模拟练习等;课时为80学时、为期2周。初步应用受到学员肯定,各条目的重要性评价均值均在4.0以上。结论:该课程较为实用、有效。

Objective To develop a practical and effective curriculum of standardized residency pre-service training, and provide references for training management institutions. Methods The content of pre-service training was developed by literature review and seminars with related personnel. And the curriculum provision was determined by Delphi method. Results The content of preservice training courses was defined as 5 modules with 27 items. The training methods included focused lectures, case teaching, simulation exercises, and so on. The teaching hours were 80 for 2 weeks. The average score of evaluation on the importance of each objective was over 4.0. Conclusion The course was practical and effective.
