摘要
我国慢病管理的性质、现状和特点决定了其管理过程中应引入除政府和医疗机构外的其他社会主体,且社会多元主体参与慢病管理也符合当前深化医疗体制改革和健康促进的大背景。首先结合我国慢病管理体系重构的背景,说明了其重构的重要性并提出引入多元主体参与慢病管理的必要性。之后,在选择多元主体的基础上重构了慢病管理体系,并通过对比重构前后两体系的预期效果说明了新体系的优越性。最后,对新体系中各主体的职能进行了分析。
The nature, status and characteristics of chronic disease management in China result the introduction of other social subjects besides the government and hospitals, which also conform to the background of deepening the reform of health care system and health promotion. The importance of reconstructing chronic disease management system and the necessity of introducing multiple subjects' participation were explained. Then the chronic disease management system was reconstructed. And the superiority of the new system was studied by comparing the expected effect of these two systems. Finally, the function of each subject of the new system was analyzed.
