中美iSchool院校LIS人才培养的比较分析及启示 被引量:17

摘要 本文对国内4所iSchool院校和美国排名前5位的iSchool院校进行网络调研,从培养目标、培养内容、培养方式3个方面对中美iSchool院校的LIS人才培养模式进行比较分析,发现美国iSchool院校的人才培养模式比国内iSchool院校更为迎合新时代下的信息职业需求。国内图情专业学院需要借鉴美国iSchool院校的人才培养模式,以培养面向更宽广的信息职业的复合型人才为目标,增加图书馆、信息科学与其他学科交融后的个性化研究,建立完善认证、辅修、联培等灵活多样的培养方式。 Through an online survey of 4 Chinese iSchool colleges and top 5 American iSchool colleges, this paper comparatively analyzes the talent cultivation models of library and ird'ormation science of Chinese and American iSchool members from three aspects: the training objectives, the training contents and the training methods. The talent training mode of American iSchool colleges can be more responsive to the information professional re- quirements under the new era Chinese Library and information science colleges need to draw lessons from the talent training mode of American iSchool colleges. They should take the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents for the broader information profession as the goal, increase the personalized researches of library, information science and other disciplines, set up and improve a variety of training methods like certification, minor, joint training and so on.
