摘要
对烟柴杆废渣吸附Pb^(2+)性能进行研究,考察了吸附剂用量、溶液p H、吸附时间和Pb^(2+)初始浓度对烟柴杆废渣吸附水溶液中Pb^(2+)的影响,并对吸附平衡数据进行了拟合。实验结果表明,烟柴杆废渣对Pb^(2+)具有良好的吸附性能,在Pb^(2+)质量浓度为50 mg/L,吸附剂质量浓度为2 g/L,p H为5.5,吸附时间为10 min条件下,烟柴杆废渣对Pb^(2+)的去除率达到92.8%。烟柴杆废渣对Pb^(2+)的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附。烟柴杆废渣吸附Pb^(2+)主要是由于静电引力,红外谱图分析表明,烟柴杆废渣吸附Pb^(2+)的官能团主要为羟基和羧基等。
The adsorption capacity of tobacco rods residues for Pb2+has been studied. The influences of adsorbent dosage,solution p H,adsorbing time and initial Pb2+concentration on the adsorption capacity of tobacco rods residues for Pb2+in aqueous solution are investigated,and the adsorption equilibrium data fitted. The experimental results show that tobacco rod residues have pretty good adsorption capacity for Pb2+. When Pb2+concentration is 50 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 2 g/L,p H 5.5,and removing time 10 min,the removing rate of tobacco rob residues for Pb2+ achieves 92.8%. The process of tobacco rod residues adsorption for Pb2+is in accordance with Langmuir isotherm adsorption.The adsorption of tobacco rod residues for Pb2+is mainly because of electrostatic attraction. The FT-IR results indicate that the functional groups of tobacco rob residues for adsorbing Pb2+are hydroxyl and carboxyl.
