益肾生精方治疗肾阳虚型少弱精子症临床观察

Clinical observation of Yishen Shengjing formula on oligoasthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency

目的:观察益肾生精方治疗肾阳虚型少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为两组各40例。治疗组口服自拟益肾生精方,对照组口服生精胶囊,治疗3个月后观察治疗前后精子密度、活力,评价两组临床疗效差异。结果:①治疗组临床治愈率为48.57%、总有效率88.57%;对照组临床治愈率为50.1%、总有效率91.67%。两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),提示治疗组总体治疗效果与对照组相当。②两组患者治疗后精子密度、精子活力均较治疗前明显升高,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟益肾生精方治疗肾阳虚型少弱精子症能够提高精液质量与精子生成量,提高配偶受孕率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Shengjing formula on oligoasthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency Methods： 80 cases of patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral self-prepared Yishen Shengjing formula,while the control group was treated with oral Shengjing capsule. After 3 months of treatment,the density and vitality of sperm before and after treatment were observed,and the differences of clinical effect between two groups was evaluated. Results： 1. The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 48. 57%,total effective rate was 88. 57%; while the clinical cure rate of control group was 50. 1%,total effective rate was 91. 67%. Compared two groups,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）,which showed that the overall effect of treatment group was similar to that of control group. 2. The density and vitality of patients＇ sperm after treatment in both groups were increased more significantly than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Self-prepared Yishen Shengjing formula is the effective and safe drug which can treat oligoasthenotspermia of kidney-yang deficiency,not only improve the semen quality and sperm production,but also increase the spouse pregnancy rate.
