祛湿通络法治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of eliminating dampness and removing obstruction in the meridians on acute gouty arthritis

目的:观察祛湿通络法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的80例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组各40例。治疗组采用自拟祛湿通络中药汤剂治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,比较两组临床疗效和血尿酸、C-反应蛋白值的变化,同时比较复发率。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.00%和57.50%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的血尿酸值与C-反应蛋白值在治疗后与对照组比较有明显下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率12.50%,对照组复发率30.43%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:祛湿通络法治疗急性痛风性关节炎较常规西药治疗效果更好。

Objective： To observe the clinic effect of eliminating dampness and removing obstruction in the meridians on acute gouty arthritis. Methods： 80 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis were divided randomly into treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with self-prepared TCM decoction for eliminating dampness and removing obstruction in the meridians,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The clinic effect and the changes of value of both serum uric acid and C-reaction protein were compared in two groups; at the same time,the recurrence rate was compared also. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 80. 00%,while the total effective rate of control group was 57. 50%,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,the value of both serum uric acid and C-reaction protein of treatment group was decreased obviously after treatment,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate in treatment group was 12. 50%,while the recurrence rate in control group was 30. 43%; compared two groups,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinic effect of eliminating dampness and removing obstruction in the meridians on acute gouty arthritis is better than that of conventional western medicine,which is clinically worthy of popularization and application.
