Optimal Configuration Model for Large k/N System Maintenance Resources

摘要 为解决大型k/N系统维修资源的配置问题,建立了一种维修资源优化配置模型。首先,根据大型k/N系统故障单元的维修特点提出了批量m维修策略,并基于此策略建立了k/N系统使用可用度模型,利用M^Q/M/c排队理论对影响系统使用可用度的关键指标进行了计算和修正;然后,建立了由多个k/N系统组成的复杂装备的多种维修资源的优化配置模型,采用边际效应分析法对多种维修资源进行综合优化;最后,通过算例仿真与分析对所提出的模型进行了验证。结果表明,所建立的模型具有一定的可行性与有效性,能为装备维修保障人员提供决策支持。 Aiming at the configuration of large k/N system maintenance resources, an optimized configuration model is established. Firstly, the m-batch size maintenance policy is proposed based on the characteristics of large k/N system, and an operational availability model of k/N system is set based on the maintenance policy. Some key targets of operational availability are calculatedand modified adopting M^Q/M/c queueing theory. Then, an optimized configuration model of multi-maintenance resources of intricate equipment composed of kinds of k/N system is established, and multi-maintenance resources are optimized by using marginal effect analysis. Finally, analysis of one instance is conducted to verify the proposed models, and the results show that the models are feasible and effective, and can provide a decision-making support for equipment maintenance support personnel.
