Experimental Study on the Pellets Adding with Sha-He Iron Power in Hansteel

邯钢为了考查沙河碱精的成球性能,对其进行了单种矿的造球试验以及混合矿的造球、焙烧试验和微观结构矿相鉴定,结果表明,单种矿不易成球,混合矿中当沙河碱精配比达到15%时,球团各项指标达到最优。

To acquire the conglobating properties of Sha-he iron power, bailing tests of one kind of ore and the mixed ore, roasting tests and ore phase identification of the mixed ore have been done. The results showed that the conglobating properties were poor in the condition of one kind of ore and the various indexes of pellets achieved best as the content of Sha-he ore power was 15%.
