摘要
对炼铁厂烧结脱硫作业区2#制酸系统长期存在的产品酸色度、透明度超标问题进行研究,通过数据核算和实验,确定粉尘含量和酸气温度偏高是存在问题的主要因素,并针对性地增加空气过滤器和酸气冷却器,较好地解决了制酸系统长期存在的问题,同时使制酸的生产和工艺条件得到大幅优化。
In this paper, the overproof problem of product acid chromaticity, transparency from iron sintering desulfurization section 2# acid system in the long term is studied, through the calculation and experimental data, determine the main factors of high temperature dust content and acid, and the increase of the air filter and acid gas cooler, the better to solve the problems existing in the long-term acid system, at the same time make the acid production and process conditions optimization by a wide margin.
