社会工作介入社区日间照料中心的困境研究——以太原市L社区日间照料中心为例

Research on the Dilemma of Social Work Involvement in Community Day Care Center——A case study of the Day Care Center in Community L in Taiyuan

社区居家养老是适应当今社会老龄化的一种新兴的养老模式,日间照料作为社区居家养老的核心,引起了人们的普遍关注,在社区日间照料中心运行中最具特色的是社会工作的介入。通过查阅文献和实地调查的方法了解太原市L社区日间照料的现状,并深入思考社会工作介入社区日间照料中心的困境有:福利待遇低、社会大众对社工的认知度不足等。对此提出进一步改进的建议:社会工作者要注重自身专业素质的提高;由社工为主导帮社区建立一支"低龄助高龄"的志愿者团队;社会工作人才队伍的培养要从实际出发,按需培养等。

The community service for home care of elderly is a new type of endowment mode in today＇s China. As the core of the service for the care of the aged at home by community,day care has drawn more and more attention from people. Concerning the operation of community day care center,the most distinctive and essential part is the involvement of professional social work. Literature review and a field survey were carried out to understand the present situation of day care in community L of Taiyuan. The difficulties of social work intervention in community day care center included low welfare treatment,poor awareness of social workers among the public,etc. Therefore,some corresponding suggestions and strategies were put forward finally in this paper.
