摘要
随着全国研究生持续的扩招,出现了以研究生就业难、就业质量下降以及待遇降低等为特征的研究生"过度教育"现象。研究生"过度教育"现象的实质是教育培养体制、就业市场供需、人才流向区域等结构性失衡。破解研究生"过度教育"问题,需要以劳动力市场为角度,政府加强宏观调控、高校探索特色培养模式、用人单位调整用人机制、研究生转变就业观念。
With the increased enrollment of postgraduates,the phenomenon of over-education occurred which is featured difficulty in postgraduates employment,decline of employment quality,and reduction of deal. The reasons for the phenomenon lie in the structural imbalance of the educational system,the demand and supply of employment market,and the distribution of talents. To deal with the situation,the government should improve macro-control,colleges and umiversities should explore distinctive cultivating mode,employers should adjust their employing mechanism and postgraduates should change their view of employment.
