中英大学生就业指导体系的对比及启示

The Comparison of Employment Guiding Systems in China and the UK and Its Enlightenment

随着中国高等教育大众化进程不断加深,加之中国经济增长速度放缓,益发加剧了大学生毕业就业难。英国尽管经济规模缩减,但其大学生的就业率比较高。这得益于其较为健全的大学生就业指导体系。指导队伍和方式的专业化、注重实践技能、前移式的就业指导分析等是英国就业指导体系的主要特点。中国大学生的就业指导体系建设,应有选择性的借鉴英国的做法。

The continuous popularization of higher education,together with the economic slowdown in China,worsens the employment of college students. Whereas in Britain,although it is also experiencing econimic shrinking,the employment rate of college students rises. This is owing to its fine employment guiding system,specifically speaking,the profession of the guiding persornel and method,emphasis on practical competence,and forward employment guidance. Therefore,we should selectively adopt the British mode to build Chinese employment guiding system.
