Young migrant workers are an important group to promote economic and social development. In order to get an advan- ced cultural level and occupation skills, migrant workers need to adapt to the economic and social progress and to improve the quality of training. Planning, training of migrant workers is to cultivate excellent workers, to provide intellectual support, and to promote green economic transformation and upgrading is the personnel security. The standard and basis is to enhance the migrant workers and the quality of life by realizing the ＂Chinese dream＂, Industrial and social modernization, human modernization is the prerequisite and elements.
