摘要
"会宁县教师集体出走"事件投射出诸多社会问题,最直接反映的则是乡村教师队伍建设问题。乡村教师是推动乡村教育发展的关键,其发展动向深刻影响着乡村教育。文章从事件回顾着手,指出其反映的乡村教师信念动摇、流动失衡、待遇偏低、编制短缺等主要问题,并从身份认同、城乡差异、教育经费、编制管理等角度分析原因,最后提出协助乡村教师回归角色、促进城乡教师合理流动、提高乡村教师生活待遇、统一城乡教师编制标准等举措。以期避免类似事件的再次发生,实现乡村教育的稳定发展。
The event that teachers in Huining County collectively run away reflects many social problems, of which the most directly reflected one is the construction of rural teachers. Rural teachers are pivotal in contributing to the development of rural education. Their development trend has a profound impact on rural education. This article gets down to look back the event, pointing out the main problems reflected from the event,such as shake of rural teachers' beliefs,fluid imbalances, low pay and shortage of establishment and so on. Then it analyzes the reasons from identity, urban-rural differences, educational fund, and establishment management and so on. Finally, it puts forward some measures about establishing the honor system of rural teachers, promoting the rational flow of urban and and teachers, improving rural teachers' lives, unifying urban and rural teachers' staffing standards and other measures so that it can prevent similar events from happening again and realize the steady development of rural education.
