摘要 为了实现高速感应电机直接转矩控制(DTC)系统的动态转矩最大输出,提出一种基于暂态磁链修正的DTC系统最大转矩输出方法。首先,建立高速感应电机DTC系统数学模型,并分析逆变器最大输出电压与电机磁链之间的矢量关系;在此基础上,对感应电机转矩变化率进行详细推导,得出动态转矩最大输出点为逆变器的有效矢量之一的关键结论;最终,打破传统DTC方法中圆形磁链的约束,引入暂态磁链修正在动态过程中将定子磁链由圆形变化为六边形。最后,双25 k W感应电机对拖样机试验表明,暂态磁链修正机制引入后对于提升感应电机DTC系统转矩响应的可行性和有效性。 In order to realize high speed induction motor direct torque control system of dynamic torque maximum output, put forward a kind of DTC system based on transient flux correction peak torque output method. First, highspeed induction motor DTC system mathematical model was established, and analyzed the maximum output voltage of inverter and motor flux vector relationship between; On this basis, the induction motor torque rate was derived in detail, it was concluded that the dynamic torque maximum points for the inverter was the key to one of the effective vector conclusions; break traditional DTC method of circular flux, the transient magnetic chain correction in the dynamic process for hexagon stator flux by circular change. Finally, the double 25 kW induction motor to drag the prototype experiment showed that the transient flux correction mechanism to improve after the introduction of the induction motor DTC system the feasibility and effectiveness of the torque response.
