摘要
针对传统直接转矩控制方法存在的转矩脉动大和逆变器开关频率较高的问题,提出一种基于预测模型的永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制方法。建立了PMSM预测模型,实现了多步预测控制,并阐述了预测控制方法的具体实施过程,通过权重系数可调的成本函数实现不同的控制性能。试验结果验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性,与传统直接转矩控制相比,所提出的基于预测模型的直接转矩控制方法能够有效降低转矩脉动和逆变器开关频率。
Aiming at reducing torque ripple and switching frequency of conventional direct torque control ( DTC), a model predictive DTC (MPDTC) strategy based on prediction model for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) was proposed. The prediction model was built to implement muhi-step prediction algorithm. The detailed prediction process was illustrated and a cost function with adjustable weight coefficients was employed to obtain various control performance. Experimental results verified the validity and superiority of the proposed control strategy. Compared with conventional DTC, MPDTC presented a better control performance both on reducing the torque ripple and switching frequency.
