摘要
本实验旨在研究复方植物精油对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。试验选取288只20日龄体重均匀、健康的AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。空白对照组,饮用正常地下水;试验组1,正常地下水+植物精油100mL/t;试验组2,正常地下水+植物精油200mL/t;试验组3,正常地下水+植物精油500mL/t。试验植物精油有3种.每种精油单独进行试验,包含3个试验周期,每个实验周期8天,包含5天试验期和3天停用期。试验结果表明三种复方植物精油在肉仔鸡上的应用效果并不一致,饮水添加植物精油A显著降低了肉仔鸡的平均日饮水量;饮水添加200mL/t植物精油B一定程度可以提高肉仔鸡的生长性能.但与对照无显著差异.当其添加量增加到500mL/t时应用效果反而不如添加量200mL/t:植物精油C可以提高肉仔鸡的生长性能.200mL/t添加量与500mL/t添加量均能显著提高肉鸡的生长性能,但两者并无显著差异。
The experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of compound plant essential oil of different formula and levels on performance of broiler. 288 healthy broiler chicken in 20 day- old evenly divided into 4 groups, with 6 replicates of 12 chickens, including the control group (normal drinking water), respectively adding plant essential oil 100mL/t (group 1 ), 200mL/t (group 2), 500mL/t (group 3) ; Including three plant essential oil formulations of A, B, and C, each of which is individually tested, with a total of 3 test cycles, each of which lasted 8 days. Observed adding A can significantly reduced the average daily water intake of broilers; adding 200mL/t B in drinking water can improve the performance of broilers, but had no significant difference compared with control. Compared with control, adding 200mL/t and 500mL/t C can improve the performance of broilers, but had no significant difference compared with control.
