Optimization of Radial Parameters of the Reticulated Shell of Hyperbolic Cooling Tower in Steel Structure Based on Finite Element Approach

摘要 双层网壳结构是钢结构双曲线冷却塔的重要组成单元,采用有限元法对网壳结构径向参数改变后的钢结构冷却塔进行强度、稳定性分析和整体性能对比,对网壳结构径向参数的最优取值展开研究。结果表明,在满足冷却塔设计标准的前提下,径向间距取5%~7%进风口半径时,钢结构各杆件应力、轴向力和位移均显著减小,冷却塔稳定性提高。 Double-layer reticulated shell structure is an important component of the hyperbolic cooling tower in steel structure. The finite element method was used to analyze the strength and stability of the steel structure cooling tower with changed radial parameters and completed a comparison of their whole performances in order to explore the optimal value of the radial parameter of the reticulated shell. The results show that the stress, axial force and displacement of each member of the steel structure are significantly reduced and the stability of the cooling tower is improved when 5% - 7% of the air inlet radius is selected as the radial distance.
