摘要
喷头堵丝是目前制约熔积成型打印机发展的瓶颈之一。对喷头堵丝的原因进行了分析,研制出堵丝报警装置。当打印系统堵丝时,耗材走丝速度减慢,系统蜂呜器发出报警。通过设计、试验分析,得出工艺参数并制造出样机。
Blocking of injection head is the bottleneck restricting printer. The cause of blockage of nozzle was analyzed to develop the head. When the printing system is blocked, the wire material will slow will alarm. Through design and experimental analysis, the process the development of volume forming alarm device for blocked injection down and the buzzer in the system parameters were obtained and the prototype was developed.
