摘要
在分析当前超声检测技术存在缺陷的基础上,介绍了一种应用于数控机床的超声检测附件,并对其工作原理进行了阐述。系统选择单片机作为附件运动的控制载体,对原有的数控代码进行模块划分,用正则表达式从中提取单片机控制系统所需的信息,实现附件和机床的协同运动。试验证明,这一方法能够完成对工件进行超声检测。
On the basis of analyzing the defects of current ultrasonic testing technology, an ultrasonic testing attachment applied to CNC machine tools was introduced with a description on its working principle. The system chose the single-chip as the control carrier for accessory movement to carry out the modular division to the original numerical control code. With a regular expression, the required information was extracted from the single-chip control system in order to achieve cooperative motion of the accessory and machine tools. Tests have proved that this method can complete the ultrasonic detection of the workpiece.
