摘要
针对海洋平台振动检测现场布线难度大、人工成本高及线缆保护困难等情况,采用DH5907N无线振动测试系统开展大型海洋平台振动检测研究,采集了东海某大型海洋平台在不同海况激励下的振动响应数据。通过对数据进行时域、相关性及频域分析,表明该平台不存在由焊缝裂纹等所引起的高频局部振动。
Aiming at the difficuhies involving cabling on vibration detection site of ocean platform, high labor cost and cable protection, a study was performed on application of DH5907N wireless vibration detection system in vibration detection at large ocean platform. The vibration response data of a large ocean platform in the East China Sea under different oceanic conditions was collected. By analyzing the time domain, correlation and frequency domain of the data it shows that the platform does not have high frequency local vibration caused by weld crack.
