摘要
在工业火炬应用中,地面火炬筒体出口高温烟气对地面热辐射强度的工程计算方法鲜有提及。本文通过分析地面火炬高温热烟气辐射热强度的影响因素,利用烟气辐射计算方法,建立了可供工程应用的地面火炬烟气辐射强度计算模型,为地面火炬热辐射强度计算提供理论依据。利用此模型计算了地面火炬工程实例中热烟气对地面最大受热点的热辐射强度数值,结果表明地面火炬出口热辐射强度与排烟温度成正比。依据计算结果讨论了地面火炬出口烟气热辐射对操作人员及周边装置的影响,为地面火炬设计中出口烟气温度的选取提出了参考依据。
In the application of industrial flares, the engineering calculation method of the thermal radia-tion of high - temperature combustion gases from ground flare outlet to the grounds is rarely proposed.This paper analyzes the influential factors on the thermal radiation of combustion gases from ground flares,adopts the calculation method of the combustion gas radiation, and provides a calculation model appliedin engineering, which is the theoretical basis for the engineering calculation of the radiation of combustiongases from ground flares. With this model, the heat flux of radiation intensity of thermal combustion gasesto the heating point of the ground is calculated, and the result shows the heat flux of radiation of theground flares outlet is in direct proportion to the flue gas temperature. Based on the calculation result, thepaper also discusses the influence of the radiation of combustion gases on the operators as well as the sur-rounded equipment, which can be used as the reference in the setting of the outlet combustion gas tem-perature.
