摘要
为提高玉米秸秆的综合利用率,笔者研究将玉米秸秆分解为不同部位分别采取稀盐酸和氨水预处理后进行厌氧消化的产气实验,寻找针对不同部位的最佳预处理方式。结果表明,同一部位经过不同方式预处理后产气变化情况有较大差异,对全株秸秆的不同部位采用最佳预处理方式处理:茎髓采用稀盐酸处理,叶片、玉米芯采用氨水处理,茎皮不处理,与分别经盐酸预处理、氨水预处理及未预处理的全株样品相比,产气率分别提高了6.72%,6.7%和13.8%,产气潜力达到670.19 m L·g-1TS,说明分部位预处理方法相比传统全株预处理方法对秸秆厌氧发酵有更大优势。此外,不同预处理方法对秸秆厌氧发酵的产气延滞期有较强相关性。
This paper focuses on seeking for the best way to pretreat the corn straw and improve the comprehensive utilization of corn straw. The corn straw was cut and divided into different sections and pretreated with dilute hydrochloric acid and ammonia solution,respectively. The results showed that the biogas yields of the same part of corn stalks with different pretreatments had large difference. The best pretreatment were: stem pith treated with dilute hydrochloric acid,leaf blade and corn cob treated with ammonia solution,stem bark with no pretreatment. Comparing with that of the whole corn stalks treated with dilute hydrochloric acid,or ammonia solution,or without pretreatment,the biogas yield increase by 6. 72%,6. 7%,13. 8% respectively,and the biogas production potential reached 670. 19 m L·g-1TS. The experimental results proved that the subsection processing methods have more advantages than the traditional whole stalks processing methods.In addition,different pretreatment had strong correlation with biogas production delay.
