摘要
为研究沼液浸种对牧草作物高丹草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,试验以不同浓度沼液对高丹草浸种5.5 h后催芽,分析其种子萌发和幼苗生长的情况。结果表明,10%~50%浓度范围的沼液浸种高丹草种子有效增加了其幼苗叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,对其发芽率、株高、茎高和根无显著性影响,更高浓度沼液浸种对高丹草生长具有一定胁迫作用,得到最佳浓度为30%。沼液浸种高丹草既有利于沼液的综合利用,又有利于高丹草品质的提高。试验以期能够为构建基于高丹草的沼液高效利用模式提供一定的基础数据。
To explore the effects of seeds soaking with liquid digestate on germination and seedling growth of sorghum hybrid sudangrass,the seeds were soaked separately in different concentration of liquid digestate for 5. 5 h before sowing into seed beds for germination. The germination rates and seedling growth were investigated and analyzed. The result showed that the liquid digestate concentration in ranges of 10% - 50% could increase the chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of the seedlings. But there were no significant effects for the germination rate,plant height,stem height,and root number. A higher concentration of liquid digestate inhibited the seedling growth,and the optimum concentration was 30%. Soaking of sorghum hybrid sudangrass seeds with liquid digestate not only can increase the nutrient content of its seedlings,but also potentially improve the resistance of the seedlings.
