国务院《关于进一步扩大旅游文化体育健康养老教育培训等领域消费的意见》的政策解读

Interpretation of Guidelines of Further Expanding Consumption of Tourism,Culture,Sport,Health Care and Education Issued by State Council

2016年11月29日,国务院发布85号文件,即《关于进一步扩大旅游文化体育健康养老教育培训等领域消费的意见》,通过对这一文件的解读,归纳其主要有如下五个方面的内容:加速旅游消费升级;数字文化将成为人们生活不可或缺的一部分;大力促进体育消费,提高人们的健康指数;医疗和养老是全社会的核心关注点;倡导绿色消费,提升产品和服务标准。

In November 29 th,2016,the State Council issued the Guidelines of Further Expanding Consumption of Tourism,Culture,Sport,Health Care and Education,which includes five aspects,i.e.,accelerating the consumption update,digital life being an indispensable part of people＇s life,improving the sports consumption to improve people＇s health,medical care and pension being the social attention and advocating green consumption to improve the product quality and service＇s standard.
