摘要
目的采用三段式实验教学模式进行实验诊断课程教学改革探索,以期培养学生分析解决问题、自主学习的能力。方法中西医临床医学专业2013—2014级中5个班403名学生,采取从抱着走:基本技能性实验阶段;扶着走:指导性实验阶段;自己走:探索性实验阶段的三个步骤开展实验诊断实验课教学。结果实验报告结果分析及应用情况明显优化,实验报告雷同现象逐年降低,学生问卷调查满意度逐年增高。结论三段式实验教学模式在中西医临床医学实验诊断学的实验课教学中应用后,实验课效果显著提高,学生自主学习能力有明显提高,教与学反映良好,有利于提升学生的综合素质,提升实验教学质量。
Objective The paper takes use of three-stage experimental teaching mode to explore the teaching reform of Experimental Diagnosis,which aims to develop students' ability to analyze and solve problems and to learn automatically,and also tries to search for the best experimental teaching mode of Experimental Diagnostics for the subject of Chinese Traditional and Western Clinical Medicine. Methods The three-stage experiment was conducted on 403 students who are from 5 classes of Grade 2013-2014 of Chinese Traditional and Western Clinical Medicine. At the first stage,students learned basic skills by doing experiment. Then they were guided to do experiment. At the end,they were asked to carry out explorative experiment independently. Results Compared with students performance at previous years,parts of result analysis and application of experiment report are obviously improved,students report is less similar with others,and students satisfaction degree increases. Conclusion After the application of three-stage experiment teaching mode in the course of Experimental Laboratory Diagnosis,the course yields better result— increase in studentsautomatic learning and good interaction between teaching and learning. This mode is conducive to improve the comprehensive quality of students and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
