韩国农业文化遗产的保护与发展经验

Experiences of the Republic of Korea's agricultural heritage conservation and development

中韩两国地域接近,有着相似的农业发展历史。由于韩国各级政府、农户社区、科研机构等对传统农业文化的高度重视,其农业文化遗产的保护与发展卓有成效。因此,总结韩国农业文化遗产保护与发展的经验,对中国开展相关工作具有重要的参考意义。本文以实地考察和农户访谈的一手资料为基础,从韩国农业文化遗产现状、遴选标准和认定程序及保护与发展措施方面总结韩国农业文化遗产经验,指出了其对中国农业文化遗产保护与发展的借鉴价值。

China and the Republic of Korea are close to each other geographically,they have similar histories of agricultural development.The Republic of Korea's governments of all levels,communities of peasant households,and scientific research institutes all pay special attention to traditional agricultural culture,therefore the conservation and the development of the Republic of Korea's agricultural heritage are quite effective.This paper summarizes the Republic of Korea's experiences as to its agricultural heritage in four aspects:the current situation,the designation criteria and application procedure,management and conservation measures,and development measures of the Republic of Korea's agricultural heritage.
