摘要
锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)广泛产生的磷化氢抗性增加了储粮害虫防治的难度。为了筛选有效的熏蒸替代药剂,测试了5种植物油对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的熏蒸活性。5种植物油对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的熏蒸活性由强到弱依次为大蒜油、山苍子油、芫荽油、丁香油和桉树油,其LC50分别为0.26、3.57、5.91、6.34、9.61μL/L。丁香油和山苍子油、丁香油和芫荽油、丁香油和桉树油的二元混剂对锈赤扁谷盗成虫表现出明显的熏蒸增效作用,其协同毒力指数分别为77.03、79.94和47.71。丁香油和山苍子油、丁香油和芫荽油、丁香油和桉树油分别以体积比43∶57、32∶68和22∶78混配时,对锈赤扁谷盗具有最佳的熏蒸增效作用。
The widely development of the resistance to phophine of Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens) resulted in much more difficulty of pest control for stored grain. To develop effective fumigant alternatives, fumigant activity of five plant oils against adult C. ferrugineus was investigated. Garlic oil showed the best fumigant toxicity against C. ferrugineus adults, followed by attarasa, coriander, clove, and eucalyptus oils, with LC50 values of 0.26, 3.57, 5.91, 6.34, 9.61 μL/L, respectively. Binary mixtures of clove/attarasa oil, clove/coriander oil and clove/eucalyptus oil showed significant synergism with the co-toxicity factor of 77.03, 79.94 and 47.71, respectively. Binary mixtures of clove/attarasa oil, clove/coriander oil and clove/eucalyptus showed strongest synergism in fumigant activity when mixed at the ratio of 43:57, 32:68 and 22:78 (V/V), respectively.
