水工隧洞在短距离内下穿居民区、公路及河流技术方案研究

摘要 某水利工程隧洞短距离集中下穿居民区、公路和河流,地质情况复杂且隧洞埋深浅,施工难度相当大,发生危害风险几率大。采用合理的施工方案十分必要,制定的方案是首先大管棚施工,超前注浆小导管辅助施工,然后采取二次混凝土及时跟进的施工措施,确保施工安全。经现场施工及后期安全监测,防止了隧洞发生塌方、冒顶、突水、突泥等事故,并未发生地表沉降等不良影响,证明方案主要技术参数满足要求。 A certain hydraulic tunnel of a water conservacy project down-traverses a residential area,a river and some highways in a short distance. Its geological condition is very complex and the tunnel's buried depth is shallow. So that its construction is difficult, and the probability of rish appearance is large too. Therefore,it is necessary to adopt a reasonable construction scheme. The formulated scheme is as follows : first, to build the large pipe shed with the auxiliary measure of small advance grouting pipes, then, to place the second-time concrete in time to ensure the construction safety. Through the safety monitoring on the construction site and on the later period, the accidents such as collapse, roof fall, water and mud inrush have been avoided and the adverse impact of the surface subsidence has never been appeared. It is demonstrated that the main scheme' s technical parameters have meet the construction requirements.
