摘要 种业"走出去"的成败,决定着农业"走出去"的成败。从"走出去"的模式选择、潜力产品和目标市场三个方面,讨论中国种业走出去的策略。得到的结论为:模式方面应立足"国内研发-国内制种-境外销售"的模式,并发展"国内研发-国外制种-境外销售"的模式;产品方面应以杂交水稻为突破口,并配合杂交玉米、棉花、花卉和蔬菜种形成多线出击的形势;目标市场应该瞄准东南亚、中亚和非洲三个目标市场,且中亚市场是未来种业走出去的关键。最后提出相关政策建议。 Seed is the basic element which determines the fate of agriculture. The article discusses the strategy of how seed enterprises can go out successfully from the three aspects of model,products and target market.The conclusions are:first,the model of"domestic research-domestic production-foreign sell"is the ideal model nowadays to which we should keep a foothold,and the model of"domestic research-foreign productionforeign sell"is the model we should pursue in future; second,the hybrid rice seed should be the sally port of product we use for going out,and corn,cotton,flowers and vegetables seeds can be used to tap overseas market as potential products; third,we should aim at the market of central Asia mostly,and southeast Asia and Africa also make good markets.Finally,corresponding suggestions are proposed.
