In this paper, according to the current demand of paperless office, the methods and skills of making electronic documents in file distribution, professional title evaluation and scien- tific research project declaration are introduced. To grasp the technologies of image processing, file layout and PDF document generation quickly, and through the combination of these three technologies, to complete one PDF electronic document including a set of certificates, qualifi- cations, papers and pubications and ensure it met the requirements of the declaration.
