基于Solid Works及3Ds Max煤矿地面注浆站动态模拟研究

摘要 安全生产是煤矿企业实现可持续发展的根本保证.随着新媒体的发展,新型智能煤矿地面自动化注浆站引领着煤矿及相关行业发展,其推广宣传尤为重要.在煤矿地面自动化注浆站展示推广过程中,传统的文字、图片展示由于其存在视觉感知上的局限,已不能满足人们正确理解的需要,在此基础上利用Solid Works及3Ds Max两款三维工具结合的建模方式,针对注浆站自动化生产线开展三维建模和工作流程动态模拟研究,可大大提高自动化注浆站展示推广效果. Safety production is the fundamental guarantee for sustainable development of coal mine enterprises. With the development of new media, the new intelligent ground grouting sta- tion in coal mine leads the development of coal mines and related industries, its promotion is particularly important. In the display and promotion process of automatic ground grouting sta- tion in coal mine, The traditional text and picture display can not meet the needs of people's correct understanding because of its limitations in visual perception. On this basis, by using of the combined modeling of two three-dimensional tools of Solid Works and 3 Ds Max, and aiming at the automatic production line of grouting station, reseach on 3 D modeling and dynamic simu- lation of workflow is carried out, and it can greatly improve the effect of display and promotion of automatic grouting station.
