摘要 钾-氯离子协同转运蛋白2(KCC2)大量表达于哺乳动物成熟神经元中。众多研究表明KCC2与多种神经系统疾病的发生机制密切相关,从而广受关注。本文将综述KCC2在神经系统疾病中的最新研究进展。 K+-Cl- cotransporter2 (KCC2) is abundantly expressed in most mature mammalian central neurons. Numerous studies have indicated that KCC2 is closely related to the pathogenesis of many kinds of nervous system diseases. In this review, we focus on the current research progress of the role of KCC2 in nervous system disease.
