摘要
随着锂电池社会需求量的增加,铁路锂电池运量也不断上升。锂电池作为一种危险品,本文对其运输包装、载运工具和存放方面提出了安全要求,并利用事故树分析方法识别风险因素,按结构重要度对风险因素进行排序,最后构建了基于模糊层次分析法的锂电池铁路运输风险评价模型。研究结果可为锂电池铁路运输组织提供一定的理论依据,并为铁路监管部门研究其风险性提供依据。
With the increasing of the social demand of lithium battery the lithium battery railway traffic volume is accompanied with the demand. Based on the risk characteristics of lithium battery transportation, this paper puts forward the safety requests about the transport packing, transport vehicles and storage of lithium battery. The risk factors were identified with the method of fuzzy fault tree analysis, and sorted in terms of the structure importance. A risk assessment model for railway transportation of lithium battery was established by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The research results could provide a certain theoretical basis for organizing the railway transport of lithium battery, and a basis for researching its risk for the railway supervision department.
