摘要
目的:探讨实习指引结合工作坊教学法在ICU护生呼吸机培训中的应用效果。方法:将2015年7月至2016年6月ICU实习的93名护生分为观察组和对照组,观察组按照实习指引结合工作坊教学法进行教学,对照组按照传统教学法进行教学。实习结束时对2组护生理论和实践操作进行考核,并通过问卷调查了解2组护生对教学效果的评价。结果:观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学方法的好评率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实习指引结合工作坊教学法在ICU护生呼吸机培训中的教学效果显著,值得推广应用。
[ Objective] To explore the application effect of the practice guideline combined with workshop in the training of ICUnursing students. [ Method] Between July 2015 and June 2016, 93 nursing students practiced in ICU were divided into the obser-vation group and the control group. The observation group was taughtwith the practice guidelines with workshopand the controlgroup was taughtwith the traditional teaching method. At the end of the internship, the theory and practice of the two groupswere assessed and the teaching effect of the two groups wereevaluated with questionnaire survey. [ Result ] The theoretical re-sults and operation performance of the observation group were higher than that of the conlrol group( P 〈 0.05). The praise roteof observation group was higher than the control group. E Conclusionl The teaching effect of practice guidelines withworkshop inteachinglCU nursing students is significant. It is worthy of popularization and application.
