产科急救案例的编写及其在低年资护士培训中的应用

Preparation of obstetric emergency case and its application in the training of junior nurses

针对临床低年资产科护士在急救技能方面的薄弱环节,从2011年开始应用自行编制的产科急救案例,对低年资产科护士进行有针对性的强化急救培训。结果表明,编制产科具有代表性的12项急救案例来设计培训项目,明确了疾病治疗和护理过程中涉及的具体知识点和操作技术,能够有效地提高低年资产科护士的急救能力。

Emergency obstetric care cases were written for emergency skill weaknesses of clinical seniority obstelric nurses from2011 to carry out targeted intensive first aid training for them. The results showed that preparation of obstetric representative 12emergency cases to design Iraining programs, to clear about the knowledge and operation technology involved in the process oftreatment and nursing, can effectively improve thefirst aldability of low qualification obstelric nurses.
