丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of 110 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart-blood stasis syndrome treated with Dan Hong injection

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:随机选择110例心血瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组和观察组均给予阿匹司林、瑞舒伐他汀钙片、单硝酸异山梨醇治疗,观察组加用丹红注射液,并采取相应护理措施,观察临床效果。结果:观察组心绞痛疗效及总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可减少心血瘀阻证冠心病患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间,减轻疼痛程度,明显改善临床症状。

[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Danhong Injection on heart blood stasis syndrome in 110 cases ofcoronary heart disease with angina pectoris. [Method] 110 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart-blood stasis syndrome were randomly selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into cona-ol group and ob-servation group according to the random number table （55 cases in each group）. The observation group and the control groupwere both given aspirin, msuvastatin and isosorbidemonom＇Irate, and the observation group plus Danhong Injection. Both ofthem were taken effective nursing measures, and then observe the therapeutic effect. [ Result] The therapeutic effect on anginapectoris and the total curative effect in observation group were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Condusion ] DanhongInjection could effectively reduce the duration and the degree of angina pain in the patients with heart blood stasis syndrome ofcoronary heart disease, which can improve the clinical symptoms and has a good effectiveness.
