摘要
目的:利用合理用药系统促进儿童门诊静脉输液的合理使用。方法:运用合理用药系统中用药规则系统构建注射剂的合理用药规则,通过智能推理机模拟人脑判断处方的合理性,应用处方分析(P)发现问题、建立规则(D)执行问题、处方干预(C)检查问题、处方点评(A)总结问题的PDCA循环模式,控制注射剂的处方质量。结果:通过医生处方界面提醒、警示和拦截干预,静脉输液不合理处方数从警示前的5.91%下降到警示后的1.57%,但注射剂超剂量使用的情况仍普遍存在。结论:基于合理用药系统的儿童门诊静脉输液处方点评和处方干预能有效促进输液处方质量的持续改进,保障儿童用药安全,值得在医院中推广应用。
[ Objective] To promote rational use of outpatient.'? intravenous infusion in pediatrics with rational drug use system.[ Method] Adopting rule builder system of clinical rational drug use system rational use rules of injections were built, and therationality of the prescription was judged by the InteUigerlce Inference machine. The prescription quality of outpatient? inwa-venous infusion would be placed in the four stages of PDCA, which contains prescription analysis (P) to find the problem, rulebuilder (D) to carry out it, prescription intervention (C) to check the problem, prescription comment (A) to summarize it.The PDCA cycle could continuously improve the quality of injection prescription. [ Result] The number of irrational intravenousinfusion prescription dropped from 5.91% to 1.57% with reminder, warning and intercept intervention in doctors prescriptioninterface, but the over dosed of injection were still universal phenomenon. E Conclusion] The comment and intervention of out-patient? intravenous infusion prescription based on rational drug use system have effectively improved the prescription quality,and it can provide an effective support for the safety of children' s medication and be widely used in the hospital.
