学生因病缺课症状监测系统在传染病防控中的应用

The application of symptom monitoring system for students absenteeism in the prevention and control of infectious diseases

目的:分析学生因病缺课症状监测系统在学校传染病疫情防控中作用,为做好学校传染病防控提供科学依据。方法:对辖区某所学校2起流感样病例聚集性疫情进行分析,并比较学生因病缺课症状监测系统和传染病疫情网络报告系统在传染病监测预警防控中的优缺点。结果:学生因病缺课症状监测资料流感样病例发病曲线呈双峰分布,2起疫情预警提示均早于传统传染病报告系统。学生因病缺课症状监测系统资料探查的疾病流行过程较为全面、完整地表现流行过程,并且能精确掌握每个班级、每日症状监测情况,有利于开展学校传染病防控工作。结论:学校因病缺课症状监测系统比传统传染病疫情报告系统的预警信号更早、更敏感,对于流感等潜伏期比较短的传染病有好的预警作用。

[ Objective] To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools through analy- sis on the application of SSSCA. EMethod] 2 influenza outbreak of a school disMct were analyzed, and the advantages and dis- advantages of symptom monitoring system and Infectious disease epidemic situation reporting system for students absenteeism were compared in the prevention and control of infectious diseases. [ Result ] SSSCA showed two peaks in the incidence curve of ILI, via which the early warnings of epidemics were both earlier than the traditional information system. From the occur- rence, incubation and spread through outbreak stages, a more comprehensive exploration of the dynamics of epidemics was con- ducted by SSSCA. SSSCA can also accurately grasp the daily status of syndromic surveillance of each class, which is conduc- tive to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools. [ Conclusion] Compared with the traditional information sys- tem, SSSCA can detect signs of an infectious disease outbreak more timely and more sensitively, playing a good role in early warnings of infectious diseases with relatively short incubation periods such as influenza.
