摘要
从六棱菊的资源分布、生药学特征、化学成分研究和含量测定方法等方面进行综述。六棱菊分布广泛,主要产于我国的南方地区,其资源丰富,化学成分多样,含有黄酮类、甾体类、挥发油、酚酸类、倍半萜类、三萜类和脂肪烃类等成分。六棱菊植物的含量测定方法有高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法等,民间用药历史悠久,具有重要的临床应用价值。
The resource distribution, pharmacognosy characteristics, chemical composition and content determination methods were reviewed. Laggera alata was widely distributed in the south of China. It was rich in resources and chemical constituents. It contained flavonoids, steroids, volatile oils, phenolic acids, sesquiterpenes, triterpenes and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Laggera alata content was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography- mass spectrometry, and so on. Laggera alata had a long history and important clinical application value.
