摘要 随着全社会对食品安全的关注程度越来越高,食品中违禁药物的残留分析检测技术也日趋先进。分子印迹技术作为近年来迅速发展的一种高级仿生识别技术,因其具有预定性、识别性、实用性以及化学性质稳定等诸多优点,已被广泛应用于固相萃取、色谱分离、生物化学仿生传感器、药物分析等领域。本文概述了分子印迹技术在食品药物残留分析领域中的应用与研究进展。 With the increasing attention of the whole society to the food safety, the analysis and detection technology of the illicit drugs in food is becoming more and more advanced. Molecular imprinting technique as a kind of advanced biomimetic recognition technology in recent years has features such as predetermined, recognition, practicability and stability of chemical properties. It has been widely used in the field of solid phase extraction, chromatography separation, biochemistry bionic sensor, drug analysis, and so on. The application and research development of molecular imprinting technique in the analysis of drug residues in food were reviewed.
