摘要
采用熔融共混挤出方法制备了玄武岩纤维聚丙烯复合材料。利用差式扫描量热仪对复合材料的结晶熔融行为进行了探究,同时测试其抗冲击强度。结果表明,玄武岩纤维/聚丙烯复合材料的结晶度随着玄武岩纤维含量的提高而增加。通过控制该复合材料的降温速率可以控制材料的结晶行为,结晶行为与材料表现出来的力学性能有关系,控制冷却历程可以避免体系的力学性能下降。
BF( Basalt Fiber)/PP(polypropylene) composite materials were fabricated by melt blending method. The composite crystallization melting behaviors and the mechanism of the materials were also investigated by the DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) analysis. The results showed that the degree of the crystallization increased as the BF contents got higher. Controlled the cooling rate could control the crystallization melting behaviors of the composites, and consequently control the mechanical properties of the composites.
