摘要
氨氮是水质中的重点污染物,其含量的多少可用来判断水体污染的程度。纳氏试剂分光光度法是测定水中氨氮的国家标准方法,也是目前测定水中氨氮最好的方法。本文主要对纳氏法测定水中氨氮过程中的相关影响因素,如纳氏试剂的配制方法、水样存放时间、水样浑浊问题以及显色时间等一系列问题进行了研究和探讨,以提高测定的准确度和精密度。
Ammonia nitrogen is the key pollutant in water, which can be used to judge the water pollution level. Currently, a national standard method names Nessler spectrophotometry, which is most important and the best method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water. In order to improve the accuracy and precision of the measurement, a series of related influence factors were investigated and discussed, such as preparation of Nessler reagent, storage time of the sample, sample turbidity and chromogenic time, etc.
